How does Patromaatje work?
Purchase your Patromaatje 2026 ticket via Ticketmaster no later than January 23. After January 23, you will receive an invitation to create your personal digital Patromaatje pass. On February 1, all Patromaatjes will receive a link via the Patromaatje newsletter to register for Patromaatje events.
For the events you’ve registered for, simply show your pass (including your name and photo) at the entrance. After a brief check by our staff, you’ll be granted free entry.
You might be wondering:
- Why do I need to register for events?
Good to know: capacity is not always unlimited. For (nearly) sold-out shows, it’s first come, first served. If the registration list is full, you can join the waiting list. If another Patromaatje cancels, we’ll notify you.
- Can someone else use my pass to attend Patromaatje events?
No. The pass is personal and includes your name and photo. If these do not match the person presenting the pass, access will unfortunately be denied.
- How many events can I attend per month?
On average, that’s 4 to 5 events per month. Please note that things are a bit quieter during the summer, but we make up for that with an increased number of events in spring and autumn.
- Is Patromaatje an ongoing subscription?
No. You’re not tied to anything long-term. At the end of 2026, everyone will need to rejoin the queue for a Patromaatje membership. Of course, we’ll inform you via the Patromaatje newsletter about when that moment is coming. When it’s gone, it’s really gone.
- Do I need to subscribe to the Patromaatje newsletter?
No. Everyone who purchases a Patromaatje 2026 ticket via Ticketmaster will receive the newsletter automatically. We send it out monthly, featuring new additions to the Patromaatje calendar and insights from our programmers.
- I’d like to give a Patromaatje membership as a gift. Is that possible?
Absolutely! Purchase a Patromaatje 2026 ticket using your own Ticketmaster account. Once you’ve informed the recipient about their gift, you can transfer the ticket via Ticketmaster’s transfer function. After the recipient accepts the transfer, the ticket will disappear from your account and appear in theirs. The recipient will then receive instructions to create their personal pass and will automatically be subscribed to the Patromaatje newsletter. Please note: the transfer must be completed no later than January 23. After that date, it will no longer be possible to transfer the ticket.
