To & From

Patronaat is about 15 minutes walking distance from Haarlem Station. From Stationsplein, follow Kruisweg towards the city centre and follow the direction signs to Patronaat. Alternatively, you can take buses 50, 255, 340, 346 or 356 to the Raaksbrug stop. From there it'll just be a minute by foot.

Ticketing

Our tickets are solely sold through Ticketmaster Netherlands. These are free standing places, unless stated otherwise. To check Ticketmaster Netherlands' general provisions check our Terms & Conditions in the footer. Patronaat does not guarantee that tickets bought through ticket providers other than Ticketmaster Netherlands are valid. Purchasing from any ticket provider other than Ticketmaster Netherlands is at your own risk.

Sustainability

We do everything we can to minimize our ecological footprint. Care to chip in? It's easy! For example, travel to and from Patronaat using public transport and have your ticket scanned directly from your smartphone. Avoid the use of single-use plastic and buy a Patronaat-branded Dopper at one of our bars!

Lockers

There are lockers in our foyer available for storing your personal belongings. You can reserve your private locker in advance when buying your ticket, or as soon as you're inside Patronaat. We advise you come lightly packed since our lockers do not offer enough space for large traveling backpacks or suitcases. Bags larger than A4-size are not allowed inside our halls due to safety regulations. Check the exact (metric) dimensions of our lockers below.

  • Read a summary of the current COVID-19 rules and regulations that apply to your visit to Patronaat.

    As of the 23rd of March, there no more COVID-19 regulations in place. You are able to visit Patronaat just as you could before the pandemic! We do however ask you to keep the basic health advice in mind; wash your hands regularly, stay at home when you're feeling sick and perform a COVID-19 test when in doubt.



    A mouth mask is not mandatory.

  • Do I need a ‘corona access pass’ to visit Patronaat?
    No. As of the 23rd of March it is no longer required to show proof of vaccination, recovery or a negative test result.
  • I want to visit Patronaat, is that possible?
    Yes, we are open! As of the 25th of September all our visitors are required to show a 'corona access pass' before entering. This can either be a (government issued) proof of vaccination, proof of recovery or a negative test result no older than 24 hours.
  • I have a ticket to a canceled event, what do I do?
    In case an event needs to be canceled due to COVID-19 rules and regulations Patronaat will contact your personally through the e-mail address used to purchase your ticket(s). We offer the option to exchange it for a voucher, to donate your purchase amount or refund your money.
  • My event’s been rescheduled, are my tickets still valid?
    In case an event needs to be rescheduled due to COVID-19 rules and regulations Patronaat will contact your personally through the e-mail address used to purchase your ticket(s). Your ticket will remain valid but we also offer the option to exchange it for a voucher, to donate your purchase amount or refund your money.
  • I’ve bought a ticket to an event in Patronaat, but have developed a cold and/or COVID-19 symptoms. What do I do?
    Please check the current recommendations issued by the RIVM. We'd appreciate it if visitors consider the health of others and stay at home when developing an illness or COVID-19 related symptoms.
  • I’ve bought a ticket to an event in Patronaat, but someone in my household has COVID-symptoms. What do I do?
    Please check the current recommendations issued by the RIVM. As long as you haven't developed COVID-symptoms, you're welcome to visit Patronaat!
  • Is it mandatory to wear a face mask in Patronaat?
    No. As of the 26th of June the Dutch government has lifted the regulations concerning face masks in public spaces.
  • Does Patronaat provide desinfectants for me to clean my hands?
    Yes, there are multiple desinfectant pumps available throughout the building.
  • I have a physical disability, can I visit Patronaat?
    Yes, we strive to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as anyone else's. Please contact us at info@patronaat.nl to discuss possibilities. We can reserve a chair or bar stool if you have trouble standing upright for a prolonged periode of time or, if you are in a wheelchair, offer physical assistance.
  • How do I get from Station Haarlem to Patronaat?
    Starting at Station Haarlem follow Kruisweg to the city centre. From there on out, follow the direction signs to Patronaat.
  • Which buses stop at Patronaat?
    Buses 50, 255, 340 and 356 stop from and to Station Haarlem at the Raaksburg stop. From there it's just a short walk to Patronaat.
  • Where can I park my car?
    Patronaat encourages visitors to consider our impact on the environment and travel by public transport. Still need to come by car? You can find several parking lots and garages in and around the Haarlem city centre. Parking garage RAAKS is just a few minutes walking distance from Patronaat.
  • I’m visiting a Patronaat event at an external location, where do I need to go?

  • I want to bring my bag, is that allowed?
    You can bring a small purse inside our halls. Any bags larger than A4-size are not allowed inside due to safety regulations and need to be stored inside one of our lockers. Do you need a larger sized bag due to (for example) medical reasons? No problem, just notify one of our colleagues.
  • What size are the lockers?
    We have two different sized lockers. The metric measurements are as follows in centimeters.

    Small Locker: 21 (h) x 30 (w) x 45 (d), or approx. two coats and a small purse.

    Medium Locker: 38 (h) x 30 (w) x 45 (d), or approx. two coats, a backpack and a helmet.
  • I’d like to store my personal belongings in a locker, is that possible?
    Yes! There are lockers available in our foyer which you can currently only rent when you've arrived at Patronaat.

    Pretty soon you'll be able to reserve your locker online beforehand. We'll inform our visitors timely once this is possible.
  • Don’t see your question?
    That happens! In this case, contact us at info@patronaat.nl or by filling out the contact sheet on our 'Contact'-page. We'll try our best to get back at you the same day.
  • Can I purchase ear plugs at Patronaat?
    It's very important to take good care of your ears, giving that the music at (live) events can be very loud. You can buy ear plugs at Patronaat, the machines are situated in our foyer and next to the Stage 1 toilets.
  • What are Patronaat’s rules and regulations?
    Please check our 'Huisregels' and 'Voorwaarden' in the footer below. Note: these are only available in Dutch.
  • How do I pay in Patronaat?
    Patronaat is a so called PIN ONLY-location, meaning you can only pay using your debit card or your digital card on your smartphone.
  • I’m on the guestlist but would like to buy another ticket, what do I do?
    First, have your name checked by one of our colleagues on the guest list. Then you can buy a secondary ticket at the bar in our foyer.
  • I’m prevented from visiting Patronaat, what do I do with my ticket?
    Unfortunately we're unable to refund your ticket. Perhaps you can make a friend or acquaintance happy with it?
  • I’d rather buy a ticket at the register, is this possible?
    Patronaat has fully transitioned to online ticketsales. Buy your ticket(s) beforehand via Ticketmaster and ensure yourself timely of admittance. In case you're experiencing problems, we're always happy to help at our foyer bar. This bar is only open during events.
  • I’d like to use a gift certificate or (discount) voucher to purchase a ticket, is this possible?
    Patronaat accepts the Ducht Ticketmaster Giftcard ('Cadeaukaart'), Ticketmaster Vouchers, Podium Cadeaukaart, Cultuurkaart, Haarlempas, Zandvoortpas, CJP-pas and our very own Patromaatje. Contact us via info@patronaat.nl for more information.
  • I want to buy a ticket, where can I do this?
    All tickets for Patronaat or Patronaat-related events are solely sold through Ticketmaster Netherlands. You can find a complete overview of all our events on this website or on www.ticketmaster.nl.
  • I’ve bought a ticket to an event that’s canceled or rescheduled due to COVID-19, what do I do?
    Patronaat will be in touch as soon as possible through the e-mail address used to buy your ticket(s). Please be patient and don't contact Patronaat on your own behalf.
