Body Impulse

Body Impulse is an event organised by Houwa Sawaneh and Jenna Vermeulen. Inspired by the sense of community and shared love for electronic music, we want to provide an experience for open-minded, queer, techno loving individuals to fully express themselves and dance to the music they love, since we know the city of Haarlem doesn’t always offer a space for that. Over the past year our interest and admiration for techno has grown massively. Visiting clubs in Amsterdam like Tillatec, Raum and Bret has inspired us to bring that sound and atmosphere closer to our home. Our goal is to make you forget how boring the nightlife in Haarlem can be and truly enjoy (or lose) yourself as well as giving a stage to local artist/friends that align with our morals. You are welcome regardless of sexuality, gender or race but please note that since we are a POC and queer owned organisation we want to create an evening where especially those groups can feel safe and comfortable.

At CLUB3, we’re putting Haarlem back on the map with a nightlife scene that’s fresh, forward, and full of local flavor. Powered by the best electronic sounds and led by people who live and breathe the scene, our nights are all about spotlighting rising talent and giving a platform to both hometown heroes and exciting new acts.
