HaarlemPas & ZandvoortPas
Patronaat stands for an open and unconventional pop culture where everyone can be themselves. We offer a sustainable cultural experience: a place full of expression, experience, and encounters. We want this for everyone, including those who are financially less fortunate. That’s why we create a varied selection of concerts and club nights each month, where residents of Haarlem and Zandvoort with a Haarlem or Zandvoort Pass can attend for free.
How does it work?
Because the number of residents with a pass is greater than the capacity of our venues, we ask you to register in advance for the event you would like to attend.
You can register for events via the button below. Make sure to register with the name on your Haarlem Pass and don’t forget to bring your Haarlem Pass!

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Haarlem and Zandvoort Pass?
The Haarlem Pass and Zandvoort Pass are special discount passes intended for low-income residents of Haarlem and Zandvoort. They provide free access or discounts to various activities, such as culture, sports, and leisure. You can apply for a Haarlem Pass via the Municipality of Haarlem website.
Do I need to bring my Haarlem Pass?
Yes! Please make sure to bring your Haarlem Pass. We will ask for it at the entrance to ensure that everyone who registered actually holds a pass.
How does it work at the entrance?
Our staff will be ready at the entrance with ticket scanners and the registration/guest list. You can let them know you registered or are on the list with your Haarlem Pass. After the staff member has checked your name, you can walk right in!
Can someone else use my pass?
No, the pass is personal. Only the name on the pass will be granted access. We check this at the door. Don’t forget to bring your pass **and** a valid ID.
I already bought a ticket for an event I can now attend for free with my Haarlem Pass. What happens now?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund tickets. We recommend reselling your ticket via the Ticketmaster Resale platform.
Is there a limit to how many events I can attend with my pass?
No, there is no maximum number of events per month for which you may register.
I registered but can no longer attend. What should I do?
We’re sorry you can’t make it! Please send an email to kassa@patronaat.nl to cancel your registration. Because some events have a limited number of spots, this may free up space for someone else.
How do I know if my registration was successful?
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder. Didn’t receive a confirmation? Then your registration may not have gone through — try again or contact us.
Can I use my Haarlem Pass for events not listed on this page?
No, the Haarlem Pass can only be used for the events listed on this page.
The registration link shows few or no events. Why is that?
Most likely you’re checking at the end of the month or during summer! On average, the Haarlem Pass grants free access to about 10 events per month. At the end of each month, we publish the selection for the following month on this page and through the registration link. In June, July, and August, the offering is more limited due to festival season and summer maintenance.
