Where can I safely buy or sell second-hand tickets?

Unless stated otherwise on the event page, tickets for our events are sold via Ticketmaster or Ticketmaster Universe.

Looking to buy a second-hand ticket for a sold-out event? For tickets originally sold via Ticketmaster.nl, Ticketmaster Resale is the only 100% reliable way to purchase a valid second-hand Ticketmaster ticket. When buying through Resale, you receive a new barcode and the original barcode is automatically cancelled.

Check the event page on the Ticketmaster website to see if Resale tickets are available.

For events where tickets were sold via Ticketmaster Universe, Ticketswap is currently the only resale option. Please note: when purchasing via Ticketswap, there is a risk that a seller may still use the ticket themselves or sell it multiple times.

If you are unfortunately denied entry with a ticket purchased through Ticketswap, please ask one of our staff members if you may take a photo of the error message on our scanner. With this photo, you can request a refund via Ticketswap.

Do not purchase tickets via social media. The risk of fraud is very high.
