What options are there for people who are blind or visually impaired?

Visiting Patronaat independently can be more challenging in that case. We’re happy to think along with you to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Please contact us in advance via info@patronaat.nl , so we can discuss your needs and make the necessary preparations.

Would you like to bring a service dog or a companion? A companion may enter free of charge. We do appreciate it if you inform us in advance that an additional visitor will be attending.

Of course, your guide dog is welcome at Patronaat. However, if possible, we advise giving your dog a quiet place within the building while you enter the concert hall together with a companion. Sound levels in our concert halls can reach decibel levels that may be harmful to your dog’s hearing and wellbeing. This way, we ensure not only your comfort, but also a safe and pleasant environment for your guide dog.
